AUGUSTA – Maine Farm Bureau is pleased to announce that Chris Voynik has joined the team as Director of Membership and Government Relations.

Chris comes to the Maine Farm Bureau from the Kennebec Valley Chamber of Commerce where he served as the Events and Membership Director for more than two years.

After graduation from Thomas College in 2014, Chris went on to start numerous businesses including: Wag Rags, Drone Scout, Ice Berg IoS App and Eco Chic Pooch. During that time, he was also an Analyst for one of the largest private investigation and security companies in New England. In that position, Chris led companywide initiatives for the Executive Management team.

Throughout his career Chris has served in volunteer leadership positions with several professional associations and organizations including: Cynergy Young Professionals, United Way Emerging Leaders, Thomas College Harold Alfond Institute for Business Innovation, Kennebec Valley Humane Society and the Readfield Enterprise Fund. In 2017, Chris was awarded the Cynergy Young Professional Award.

He resides in Readfield, Maine with his wife Sarah. He enjoys golfing, traveling and recreating in the Maine outdoors.
